Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! FINALLY! I’m back for now, with HP .v3! What do you guys think? Instead of the traditional red and pink theme for valentines, I decided to do something different and make it a blue theme. I spent quite a very long time trying to get this together before Valentine’s Day. I’m so very sorry for my absence and lack in updating. I am very thankful to Cyndy and May for being so understanding and still hosting me after my long inactivity. I’ve been so caught up in school, and I’m glad to say I’m doing pretty well. My principal had a private chat with me, and recommended I join the IB program next year. At first I didn’t want to do it because I’m already stressed enough as it is trying to keep my grades up, but this is my future. I’m not sure what I’m going to do about it yet.
I’m kind of surprised myself, I’m not spending Valentine’s with my first boyfriend that I was with for nearly 28 months. He’s the one that bought me this domain for our 2 year anniversary. But we all have our breaking points. After 28 months of mostly abuse, I finally said I had enough. But! I’m not spending this Valentine’s alone either. I have a new sweetheart, and he’s quite amazing. He hasn’t hurt me once yet. It’s nice to have someone care about me for a change.
Anyway, I don’t have any graphical additions this time, most definitely I will next time. I’m not sure when because I already have 2 projects due in the upcoming 2 weeks already along with endless homework and tests to study for. But I’ve changed my updating style. I removed Cutenews because the comment spams and email spams were beyond annoying. I would wake up each morning with 200 more spam comments and emails in my inbox. I switched to haloscan commenting. I’m sad to see haloscan’s upgrade. I much rather prefer the basic haloscan accounts. They upgraded to JS-Kit and it’s not as great as a basic haloscan account. It’s frustrating, they won’t allow you to register for a basic haloscan account anymore. They’re trying to convert everyone to JS-Kit. The haloscan account I’m currently using was registered under my old domain name years ago.
Lastly, I have a little gift for all of my affiliates, link exchanges, and visitors! I hope you enjoy it.
Edit: 02/18/09 I have noticed there is an error in my coding because it's not compatible with IE which is odd because making things compatible for FF is much more complicated. I will be fixing it later on after this week of school.
Edit: 04/05/09 Just so you guys don't think I've completely abandoned my site, I'm still around, just been busy with school work. It's getting crazier and crazier by the day because schools coming to an end, teachers are craming in last minute work, preparing for exams, picking out new classes for next year, etc. Also, I've been forced into the IB Program. I really don't want to do it, but I don't have a choice which really sucks... But I hope I can manage. Spring break is coming up, I'll try to see if I can fit in an update, I'm not sure because I've already been asigned some projects, and my parents might want to take a week vacation or something. I'll see what I can do. I apologize for my inactivity.
